THE NETWORK
The hiAnzy Network
The right team begins with the problem, not the org chart. A core layer at hiAnzy owns the thinking and the accountability; specialists and partners join per brief, so the room matches the work. Explore the expertise across strategy, design, technology and experiences, with every relationship named for what it is.

THE DISCIPLINES, EXPLAINED
Find the expertise your project needs.
Nobody arrives needing a discipline. They arrive with a symptom: a roadmap nobody believes, a site that gets visits and no calls. Start with the challenge that sounds familiar; each discipline explains the work, the situations it helps with and the capabilities available through the network.

THE ROSTERS
Four ways the network shows up.
Browse specialists, creators, venues and partners. Each roster below explains the relationship and the role it can play in a project. Open one, or pick its card on the deck.
Specialist expertise shaped around the project. Independent specialists who build alongside hiAnzy on a brief, with hiAnzy leading. Each is labelled for the relationship; none is presented as staff.
The specialists
Owned and delivered by the hiAnzy core layer.
hiAnzy leads and stays accountable; specialists build alongside.
A network member's own track record, credited to them rather than claimed as hiAnzy work.
People, partners and outlets we have worked with and can approach for a brief. Not client work, and never a guaranteed yes.
A network relationship is not the same thing as hiAnzy-delivered client work, which is why every card says which one it is.
COLLABORATE
Bring your expertise to the next project.
We bring specialists together around a shared brief. Tell us what you do, show us work you can share and describe the kind of projects you want to contribute to.
Specialists
Strategists, designers, engineers, automators and analysts who bring focused expertise and work well across disciplines.
Creators & Media
Creators, journalists, producers and channels with a clear audience and a point of view.
Venues & Partners
Spaces, institutions and operators who help ideas become well-run physical experiences.
HOW CREDIT WORKS HERE
Specialists, creators, media and venues: the hiAnzy network runs on honest classification and real credit.
Every profile on this page carries one of four labels: direct delivery, shared projects, independent credentials or access through the network. Your contribution would be credited the same way: named for what you did, never folded into ours.
The four relationship tags are explained above the specialist directory.
Include your discipline, portfolio link, location and availability. A short introduction is enough to begin.
Introduce YourselfCAREERS
Curious minds. Practical builders.
We hire slowly and deliberately. If you notice things other people miss, introduce yourself anyway.
There are no open roles listed here at the moment. You can still introduce yourself with your area of interest, a portfolio or example of your work, and what you would like to do next.
Curiosity over credentials
Show us how you approach a problem, ask questions and learn.
Writing is thinking
Clear writing helps the whole team understand a decision and act on it.
Ownership over activity
Take responsibility for the outcome, communicate progress and raise blockers early.
Kind and direct
Give useful feedback, listen carefully and credit the people who contribute.
Mention “careers” and include a portfolio link. Use the contact form to send your introduction.
