hiAnzy Automation Lab

Takes the copy-paste out of the week, and writes down what it automated.
Process is just kindness to your future self.
Automation is not about removing people. It is about removing the parts of the job nobody would miss.
Every business accumulates small manual rituals: the copy-paste, the weekly export, the message someone sends to remind someone else. Individually trivial. Collectively, a part-time job.
We map the ritual, decide whether it should exist at all, and only then automate what survives. Automating a process nobody needed just makes the waste faster.
Good automation is boring on purpose. It runs on schedule, logs what it did, fails loudly, and can be explained by someone who did not build it. It leans on technology for clean connections, on AI where a step needs judgement, and on operations to decide which rituals are worth keeping.
WHAT YOU LEAVE WITH
Hours back, and a process that survives someone taking leave.

RARELY TRAVELS ALONE
Automation usually arrives holding hands with these. Not upselling, just what the problem tends to drag in behind it.
