The contact form collects your name, email and message. You can also provide your company, role, website, phone number, business stage, investment range and timeline. We use these details to consider your request, respond and discuss possible work. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Enquiries are saved in our database. When email delivery is configured, an enquiry is also sent to our team through our email provider. Please do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive information that we do not need to answer your request.

Sign-in, newsletter registration and launch-notification registration are currently unavailable. If you previously subscribed, existing unsubscribe links remain available.

Our own usage endpoint records selected interactions with the page and time, such as button clicks, article reading and site searches. Search events may include the first 40 characters of the query. If you leave a contact form unfinished, an event may record which fields were filled, but not their contents. Do not put confidential information in the site search.

These usage records do not include an account identifier or IP address. The application uses IP addresses in memory to limit abusive requests and stores an IP address with submitted enquiries. Infrastructure providers may also process technical connection information to serve and protect the website.

The current public website does not set application cookies for sign-in, advertising or analytics. If you choose a theme, your browser remembers it in local storage. Read our cookie and local-storage policy for details and browser controls.

Hosting, database and email services process information needed to operate the website and handle enquiries. Authorised team members may access enquiries for that purpose. We do not sell personal information. Information may also need to be disclosed to meet a legal obligation or protect against misuse.

External websites linked from hiAnzy have their own privacy practices. This notice does not cover information you submit directly to them.

Contact us to ask what information we hold, request a correction or deletion, or raise a concern about its use. We may need to verify that a request concerns your own information. Relevant project records or information subject to legal obligations may need to be retained; we will explain any such limitation when responding.

This website does not currently apply an automatic deletion schedule to enquiry or usage records. You can ask about retention or request deletion at anish@hianzy.com. We do not promise that records disappear automatically after a fixed period.
